Graceful yet intense, Alvaro Palacios L'Ermita Velles Vinyes 2020 layers vivid dark cherry and blueberry fruit with floral lift, stony minerality and a subtle savoury edge of spice and earth. The palate is deep and concentrated but almost weightless, carried by incredibly fine, silky tannins and a long, quietly resonant finish that shows the class of this low-yielding vintage.
