Paitin

Paitin is one of the historic Barbaresco estates, with roots in Neive dating back to 1796, when Benedetto Elia purchased vineyards in the Serraboella area. The family—now Pasquero-Elia—bottled their first Barbaresco from the Sorì Paitin vineyard in 1893, and after the disruptions of the World Wars, the estate was revitalized in the 1960s with a new cellar under Secondo Pasquero Elia. Today, his sons Giovanni and Silvano oversee operations, continuing an unbroken family stewardship that spans eight generations.
