Tua Rita

Tua Rita is a benchmark “Super Tuscan” estate in the coastal Maremma, near the medieval village of Suvereto in southern Tuscany. Founded in 1984 by Rita Tua and her husband Virgilio Bisti as a simple rural retreat, the property quickly evolved into a serious wine estate as they planted Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and other international varieties on the area’s clay- and silt-rich, mineral soils.
