Scarecrow

Scarecrow is a cult Cabernet Sauvignon producer based on the historic J.J. Cohn Estate in Rutherford, Napa Valley. The site’s story begins in the 1940s, when Hollywood executive Joseph Judson Cohn, a key production figure at MGM and involved in films such as “The Wizard of Oz,” acquired the property and, in 1945, planted Cabernet vines at the urging of neighbor John Daniel Jr. of Inglenook.
