Rockford

Rockford is a small, fiercely traditional winery in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, founded in the early 1980s by winemaker Robert O’Callaghan. Built around 19th‑century stone buildings in the hamlet of Krondorf, the winery was conceived as a kind of living museum of classic Barossa winemaking: O’Callaghan restored old equipment, including an 1880s Bagshaw grape crusher, and began sourcing fruit from some of the region’s oldest vineyards.
