Founded in 1872 in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Ponsot is one of the historic, family-run estates of Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits. Now led by Rose‑Marie Ponsot, the domaine has built its reputation on meticulous vineyard work and low‑intervention winemaking, emphasizing old vines, low yields and minimal new oak to foreground terroir.
