Château Cheval Blanc is one of Bordeaux’s most celebrated estates, located on the western edge of Saint-Émilion, bordering Pomerol. The modern domaine took shape in 1832 when land was acquired from neighboring Château Figeac, and over the 19th century it gained international renown, winning medals at major exhibitions in London and Paris that still appear on its labels.
