Château Canon-La Gaffelière is a leading Right Bank estate in Saint-Émilion, classified Premier Grand Cru Classé B since 2012. Formed from 19th‑century properties Canon-Boitard and La Gaffelière-Boitard, it was purchased in 1971 by the German von Neipperg family, whose winegrowing roots stretch back some eight centuries. Count Stephan von Neipperg has been in residence and at the helm since the early 1980s, transforming the château into one of the benchmark names of the appellation.
