Château Batailley is a historic Pauillac estate on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, classified as a Cinquième Grand Cru Classé in the 1855 classification. The name “Batailley” recalls a 1453 battle fought on the property during the final phase of the Hundred Years’ War, and vines have grown here since at least the 17th century.
