Aalto Bodegas y Viñedos is a modern Ribera del Duero benchmark founded in 1999 by two of the region’s most influential figures: winemaker Mariano García, who had spent three decades at Vega Sicilia, and Javier Zaccagnini, former director of the Ribera del Duero regulatory council.
